Promotional Offer: “Free Taster” – Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of the Promotion

1.1 The “Free Taster” promotion is a limited-time marketing offer provided at the discretion of OxyHealthCare.

1.2 The promotion does not provide a free treatment. The client is required to pay the published taster session fee in advance in order to secure a booking.

1.3 The promotion operates as a conditional same-day credit against a qualifying purchase, subject strictly to these Terms.

2. Mandatory Pre-Payment

2.1 All taster sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

2.2 No appointment is confirmed without cleared payment.

2.3 Failure to complete payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking without notice.

3. Conditional Credit Mechanism

3.1 The amount paid for the taster session may be credited against:

  • (a) a full-price single session; or
  • (b) a full-price block booking/package

3.2 The credit is valid only if the qualifying purchase is completed on the same calendar day as the taster appointment.

3.3 The credit cannot be:

  • Applied retrospectively
  • Applied to a future booking made on another day
  • Split across multiple purchases
  • Transferred to another person
  • Exchanged for cash
  • Refunded

3.4 If no qualifying purchase is made on the day of attendance, the taster fee is deemed fully consumed as payment for services rendered.

4. Eligibility Restrictions

4.1 The offer is strictly limited to one taster session per individual.

4.2 The offer is available to new clients only.

4.3 OxyHealthCare reserves the right to request proof of identity.

4.4 The Company may refuse, withdraw, or invalidate the offer where:

  • Multiple accounts are created
  • Identity duplication is suspected
  • The offer is being misused
  • The booking is made on behalf of another person

The Company’s decision shall be final.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Non-Attendance

5.1 The Company’s standard cancellation policy applies in full.

5.2 Failure to provide the required notice period will result in forfeiture of the taster fee.

5.3 Non-attendance, late arrival preventing treatment, or failure to complete required medical screening documentation shall result in the session being treated as delivered.

5.4 For avoidance of doubt, forfeited sessions are not eligible for promotional credit.

6. Medical Screening & Suitability

6.1 All treatments are subject to completion of a health questionnaire and staff assessment.

6.2 OxyHealthCare reserves the absolute right to decline treatment where:

  • A contraindication is identified
  • A medical condition presents risk
  • Required information is withheld

6.3 Where treatment is declined prior to commencement for clinical reasons, the Company may, at its discretion:

  • Offer rescheduling; or
  • Provide a refund of the taster fee

No refund shall be issued where unsuitability arises from inaccurate or incomplete disclosure by the client.

7. No Combination With Other Offers

7.1 The Free Taster promotion may not be used in conjunction with:

  • Any other promotional discount
  • Corporate rates
  • Membership pricing
  • Franchise-specific incentives
  • Third-party funded packages

Unless expressly authorised in writing by a Director of OxyHealthCare.

8. Limitation of Representation

8.1 The term “Free Taster” is marketing terminology only and refers solely to the conditional credit mechanism described herein.

8.2 It does not constitute a representation that treatment is provided free of charge.

8.3 Clients acknowledge that they are purchasing a paid introductory session subject to a conditional credit opportunity.

9. Modification or Withdrawal

9.1 OxyHealthCare reserves the right to amend, suspend, restrict, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

9.2 No compensation shall be payable in respect of withdrawn or amended promotions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
